Today has been a dreary Sunday as it has rained all day but it was nice and relaxing!

I need to lock myself away in one of these little houses in Iceland and MAYBE, just maybe I would get all my laundry, homework, and the dishes that are piled in the sink done! 

This week I have been procrastinating really bad. 

Lincoln is working nights and I've been lacking the much needed motivation I need to accomplish all the tings that I need to get done this week. 

School is kicking my butt big time! 

THIS post that I did the first day of school is sure making me eat my words.

Between working 40 hours a week, taking a full load at school, focusing on my man, and trying to maintain a household I'm wound stretched pretty tight. 

I'm not the most pleasant person to be around these days but I just can't shut my mind off. 

When I'm at work I'm thinking about all the things I have at home to do and when I'm at home I'm thinking about the list of things that are waiting for me the next day at work...

Channeling Harry Potter

The two images below are the the two most current backgrounds from Bing. 

I initially thought of a quidditch pitch!  In reality it's Rievaulx Abbey in Yorkshire England....close enough LOL  Either way it's beautiful and I want to go visit and I might break out my broom and run really fast weaving in and out of the pillars pretending I'm trying to catch the snitch.

Today this image was the perfect depiction of the Black Lake that is near the Hogwarts castle.
Really it's Geirangerfjord in Norway.  Stunning....add it to the wander list!

Apparently I am channeling HP and need a fix.  I don't have any plans this weekend and that's a plan in itself after the LLLLLOOOONNNGGGEESSSTTT week EVER!  I don't think it could get worse at my job but hey there's always tomorrow. LOL  I plan or should I say my NOT-plans for this weekend consist of soaking up sun in my yard, gardening, not moving my car from my garage, not spending a dime, making some curtains, and cooking some yummy dishes.

Saturday chores & a quote

I received this little quote from a friend in my email and it explains a lot of my daily struggles in any relationship.  I thought it made perfect sense and from now on I'm going to remember these wise words along with a few more.  I worry constantly and as long as I'm needlessly worrying my heart isn't at rest and I don't trust.  I need to take a chill pill on most days and not worry about dumb things. Happy Saturday I'm going to finish my coffee and then.....CLEAN MY CARPETS.  I'm so exciting!
