My favorite quote is from the Bible and is more verse than quote but either way it's my fave. I always remember my Grandpa saying this to my cousins and my brothers when we were acting out. It holds a dear spot in my heart and I get choked up when I hear it in sermens or whatever now that he is gone.

Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.
