My NEW BIG Girl Hair Cut
Check it out people I got my big girl hair cut LOL!!! Right when my hair was getting really long again I got brave and whacked it. I will probably regret this in a couple weeks when the new wears off and everyone will have to listen to me gripe how I want my hair long again and to not let me chop it off ever again. For now though, I like it and its a nice change especially since Satan is cranking up the fire in Hell. LOL (my little Iraq joke) My poor locks have been begging for a trim for a month or so now probably longer and I just haven't made the time or found the right person to trust to cut it. On Sunday I had to come to Dubai to visit a doctor so I took the time today to take full advantage of the salon in my wonderful Marriott hotel. I went in to get a trim and once the man was almost done I changed my mind. I had been thinking of the bob thing for a while but I figured it would make my face look fat. The girl doing my nails has the same hair cut and I said wait I want you to cut it like hers. They all stopped and looked at me with this excited expression and said REALLY I said yep go for it and this is what I got:
(ignore the lack of makeup and gross Megan our main focus is the hair)

Playing catch up
Well, I have been busy and sick lately. I woke up Friday morning feeling VERY bad. I went in to work for about an hour or so and couldn't stay all day so went on home then to see doctor. I had a fever for two days straight and got dehydrated because the fever so most of the day yesterday I was up at the doctor's office hydrating and sleeping in the back. YUK! I only wanted my own bed. I am thankful to say that I feel loads better today.
I got to work this morning and after reading my emails I was pleased to know that the job I applied for and I knew I had got was waiting on me so I tied up my loose ends and moved offices. Now, my office is in the same camp that I live in, which is just down the road from where I have been working. It feels good to be doing something I really like but it was hard to leave my family. I have been working at WLSA (my old office) for almost 2 years 7 days a week 12 hours a day so we were more than a family. When you work with the same people that much in a close proximity you learn all sorts of things. We know all about each others personal lives, habits, and all things in between. It is a lot of fun and I can't really say I am going to miss EVERYONE but there are a few that I am really close with and I will miss working with daily. We will still have lunch and keep in touch but it is still different. Anyways, my new job is really cool so far. Instead of working with the Army I am working strictly internal with KBR. I LOVE that part of the job so much there aren't really even words. LOL I am mainly creating reports and crunching numbers which I love. Wish me luck as I head off on this journey!!!
You will have to bare with me on posting if I drag behind my nights are usually tied up and with the new job I can't have my personal computer at work and of course anything FUN related KBR blocks so I can't access my blog to post to it from my work computer. I will try to make the time but really nothing amazing is going on in my life. If it does I promise to post. LOL
Well I have to catch up on Keeping Up With The Kardashians ( I love that show) so gotta go. I hope everyone has a wonderful week!
xoxo, Meg
